Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains how AI Batch Processor may and may not be used. It applies to all text, image, automation, and asset-management workflows provided by the service.

Prohibited content and activity

You must not use AI Batch Processor to create, edit, process, or distribute:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content, including AI-generated content.
  • Content involving sexual exploitation, minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual violence.
  • Face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive identity manipulation, or non-consensual face manipulation.
  • Unauthorized removal of watermarks, copyright notices, signatures, logos, or ownership marks.
  • Illegal content or instructions that facilitate crime, violence, abuse, fraud, or evasion of law enforcement.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, doxxing, impersonation, or targeted abuse.
  • Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, platform abuse, or unauthorized access to systems or data.

Your responsibilities

  • Only submit content that you have the right and permission to use.
  • Obtain any consent required for images, personal data, brands, characters, or identifiable people.
  • Review AI outputs before publishing or relying on them.
  • Follow applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services used with our product.

Safety screening and enforcement

Image prompts are screened using safety controls, including the Creem Moderation API. We may reject requests, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when this policy is violated or when required to protect users, service providers, or the public.
