1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Batch Processor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AI Batch Processor is a web-based workspace for batch text workflows, image generation, image editing, and related asset management. The service includes:

  • Batch text processing using AI
  • Batch image generation and editing workflows
  • Custom prompt templates and reusable workflow settings
  • Usage tracking, subscription credits, and credit pack management
  • Result export and stored media asset functionality

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Usage Limits and Quotas

Our service operates on a quota system:

  • Free accounts receive 20 AI credits per month with max 10 items per batch
  • Paid plans offer higher quotas and batch limits
  • Credit Packs provide additional credits valid for 1 year from purchase
  • Unused subscription quotas do not roll over to the next month
  • We reserve the right to adjust quotas and pricing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Generate, edit, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
  • Create face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other deceptive face manipulation
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, signatures, logos, or ownership marks without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users
  • Automate access beyond reasonable API usage

6. Content and Data

Your Content: You retain all rights to the text, prompts, and images you submit for processing. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Data Retention: Some inputs and outputs are stored when a product feature requires it, such as saved media assets, project history, billing records, or resumable jobs. You can delete supported workspace content from the product, and we may remove expired or abandoned data according to our retention policies.

Results: Processing results may be displayed, exported, cached, or stored in your workspace depending on the workflow you use.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses third-party AI providers to process your submitted content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • AI providers may have their own terms and policies

AI Batch Processor is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party AI model providers integrated into the service.

8. Payments and Refunds

For paid plans:

  • Payments are processed securely through Creem.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account or payment portal.
  • Credit packs are non-recurring purchases and expire according to the terms shown at checkout.
  • Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, Creem's applicable payment policies, and mandatory consumer protection laws. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
