By accessing or using AI Batch Processor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AI Batch Processor is a web-based tool that allows users to process multiple text items using AI (Artificial Intelligence) in batch. The service includes:

  • Batch text processing using AI
  • Custom prompt templates
  • Usage tracking and quota management
  • Result export functionality

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Usage Limits and Quotas

Our service operates on a quota system:

  • Free accounts receive 20 AI requests per month with max 10 items per batch
  • Paid plans offer higher quotas and batch limits
  • Credit Packs provide additional requests valid for 1 year from purchase
  • Unused subscription quotas do not roll over to the next month
  • Credit Pack quotas are valid for 1 year from purchase
  • We reserve the right to adjust quotas and pricing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users
  • Automate access beyond reasonable API usage

6. Content and Data

Your Content: You retain all rights to the text you submit for processing. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Data Retention: We do not permanently store the text you submit for processing. Input text is temporarily held only for the duration of processing and is then discarded.

Results: Processing results are displayed to you and may be temporarily cached for performance purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to process your requests. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • AI providers may have their own terms and policies

8. Payments and Refunds

For paid plans:

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • Annual billing available upon request - contact us to subscribe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
