Batch processing applies the same instruction to multiple independent items in one controlled workflow. Instead of repeatedly copying and pasting, you can upload or enter a set of items, review progress, and export the completed results.
For example, if you need to translate 100 product descriptions, you can prepare the rows once, run them as a batch, and review the output together. Processing time varies with content length, provider availability, and current service load.

Your First Batch
Let's walk through processing your first batch. Sign in to save your work and use the credits included with your plan.
Step 1: Prepare Your Data
First, gather the texts you want to process. You can:
- Copy and paste text directly (one item per line)
- Upload a CSV file with your data
- Upload a TXT file
Pro Tip:Each line in your input becomes one text item. If you have 50 lines, that's 50 credits from your quota.
Step 2: Write Your Prompt
The prompt is your instruction to the AI. It tells the AI what to do with each item. Here are some examples:
