How credits work
Text Batch
Each processed text item costs 1 credit. A batch of 100 rows costs 100 credits.
Text input line or CSV row: 1 credit
Translation, summarization, extraction: 1 credit/item
Custom prompt templates still follow the same rule
Image Batch
Each generated output image costs 20–30 credits. Remake versions count separately.
Prompt-only Generate: 20 credits/image
Reference Generate: 30 credits/image
Replace, Remove, Remake: 30 credits/image
Monthly subscription credits are used first. The image estimates above use prompt-only Generate at 20 credits/image. Credit packs are valid for 1 year and cover both text and image operations.

How do I upgrade my plan?
Click the "Subscribe" button on your desired plan. You'll be redirected to our secure payment page powered by Creem. Your plan upgrades instantly upon successful payment. No manual approval needed.
When does my quota reset?
Your usage quota resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC, regardless of your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Simply subscribe to a new plan from the pricing page — your old subscription will be automatically canceled and replaced. Contact support if you need help.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your quota. Once exceeded, you'll need to wait until the next month or upgrade your plan.
