How fast is processing?
Processing time varies with the number and length of items, selected workflow, provider availability, and retries. Larger batches should be allowed more time.
You'll see progress while the batch is running; we do not guarantee a fixed completion time.

What if some items fail?
When an item encounters an error:
- Short-lived network and server failures are retried automatically
- Items that still fail remain clearly marked with an error
- Successful results remain available for review and export
Review the failure reason before resubmitting an input; moderation blocks or invalid inputs may require changes first.

How does the retry feature work?
Short-lived network and server failures are retried automatically. If an item still fails, the result stays marked so you can inspect the error, correct the input or prompt if needed, and submit that input again.
Keeps results inspectable — successful output and remaining row errors stay visible in the current results view.
Can I cancel processing mid-way?

What image modes are available?
There are five image modes available in the Image Batch workspace:
- Prompt Generate — Each line is a standalone text prompt; the AI generates one image per line.
- Reference Generate — Upload a reference image, then provide batch content describing variations; the reference guides the result, but visual details can vary.
- Replace — Upload an image and describe what to replace (e.g., background, object).
- Remove — Ask the AI to remove unwanted elements and reconstruct the affected area; review the result for artifacts.
- Remake — Generate a fresh version of an image, optionally specifying what to keep or change.
Each mode shares the same credit system as text processing. Only submit content you own or are authorized to use; all requests are subject to moderation and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Is my data secure?

We retain processing results and related settings only as needed for the product features you use, such as history, saved projects, and resumable jobs. You can delete your usage history from Settings.
Important: AI Batch Processor does not use submitted content to train its own models. Processing providers handle submitted content under their own terms and privacy practices; see our Privacy Policy for the current provider list.
